At the beginning of the mediation, I felt my stomach, but instead of hard ball as usual, it was more like a deflated dodge ball. I attest this to the fact I have been doing the last meditation every day this week. As I did a few "Huhs!", I felt my stomach fill with light helium, not heavy air, it was a great feeling. At the end of the meditation as I was talking to my body, I released a huge big sigh. Wonderful meditation, and much needed. Thank you.

As I look at my first comment, I see that I misspelled meditation and put mediation instead, but isn't that what this was? A mediation between Soul and Body? Love to all.
