Nice meditation. What I love about these meditations is that they bring me back to myself, my body, my wholeness. I have started a really easy Yoga exercise program which I am enjoying because the teacher's emphasis is on feeling your body and using your breath throughout each pose. I have no doubt that because of these meditations of being able to tune into my body, that the poses are a little easier for me than for someone who has not ever experienced their body in that way. The journey continues.
