9 Minute Exercise in Letting Go

I chose this meditation this morning because my morning routine was interrupted by having to take my husband to the airport to fly out of town at the last minute. It was funny to me that when we were told to have hands, I immediately saw Kali, the Indian goddess with many hands. It was also interesting to me that when guided to open up the back, this time is was like a zipper opening up my back, and lots of black gooey stuff coming out. Surprising because I just did a mediation yesterday and cleared out the back. I guess I am getting deeper into the crud. It was a pleasant, light, easy meditation and as always, I am happy that I took the time for myself. My goal for 2017 is to focus on myself, learn about myself and BE myself. These meditations are the easiest way that I know to do that. Enjoying the day.
