Nice and easy meditation to bring me back to "Being here Now." My day started off a little rough as one of the local squirrels knocked over and broke two of my plants. I was irritated, but not overly upset, and I have found that little things that used to set me off are no longer of consequence to me. I cannot help but think that doing the meditations on a daily basis (well almost daily!) are putting me a place of non resistance, to allow what is happening and not allowing the situations to affect my peace. Each time I meditate, it is easier and easier to slip inside, to welcome myself home, to feel complete. Ahhh, the Bliss.
