Clear away the clutter in your head and your body so you may feel and experience the meaning of TRUST. The outer world keeps us busily arranging and rearranging our lives to fit some model of perfect. It is this fruitless activity that causes us discomfort. The meditation allows you to feel a level trust deep with in that prepares you to move through the day rather than push through the day.
