Soothing Meditation

This meditation is preceeded by a short talk about the Ego.  Beth gives a couple of examples about the Ego and its funny ways.  They will make you stop and think and then smile. It is comforting to  know that we all have the same voice in our heads. 
The meditation follows and it is wonderful. It felt like we had all been touched by a healing hand.
