Time to Blend

The lesson I get from this meditation is bringing attention to how or what your body is feeling on the outside and, being in the presence of the coolness of crystals and breathing and toning, you come to the inside and let wisdom blend the outside you and the inside you. To me, that is also thinking of smoothing rough edges from the daily thoughts and happenings and issues in my outside world.
