Another great meditation. I am always surprised that when we are asked to focus on a "pain" part of our body or what is speaking to us, it is never the place I think it will be. Tells you what I know about my body. I have to be honest, I had a hard time with the vegetables. When Beth first started talking about them, I immediately started picking ones I didn't like; regret, judgement...and then she said to pick ones we did like. Well, honestly, I didn't want to pick the ones I liked, because I knew what was coming next, I would have to let them go. Insight- I don't mind letting go of the energy I don't like, but I certainly want to keep the energy that I do. Turns out, it doesn't work that way. Bleh. I did my duty, I let it all go, and I did enjoy the beautiful white, pure energy running through my body. I am again much clearer, lighter, uplifted. I have also noticed that when I do these meditations before I go to work, my 1 hour drive is not so bad, I don't seem to get as upset about everyone being in my way. Looking forward to the day.
