Releasing the tension in your body.

This is a seven minute meditation and channeling that will assit you in learning how to be aware of the tension in your body and how to allow it to be your teacher.
It is recommneded that you find a quiet place to listen to this. Earplugs are recommended as well. You can hear the hum of the air conditioner in the back ground, but if you listen with intent, that will fade away.
