This meditation is going to take a little time to sink in. I am in the midst of moving back to San Antonio, and so my mind is a jumble of things that have to get done. The meditation was a nice respite from all the noise in my head and I am much more focused but I have a feeling there was much more to it than I received up front. As I scrolled through the other meditations, I see how long it has been, so I need to catch up, well, need is the wrong word, I would like to take the time for myself to listen to them all. I can make excuses, I was sick again and couldn't breathe deep without coughing and still have a little residual cough left, but that is just an excuse, I can still listen. As I am writing this, I can hear my Ego telling and nagging at me for all the "Shoulds" and "Need to be Doing"....and I am smiling, because at this very moment I understand that I am whole and complete as I AM.
