I did this meditation earlier this morning. I had to sit with it awhile before experiencing its full effect, if that makes sense. I had an extra physical day at work yesterday unloading 60 cases of wine and putting them away. My knees were not happy. Finally last night I took some Aleve PM as I couldn't sleep because of the pain, when I woke this morning, they were still hurting. I did not come into this meditation with any great expectations, and I am always surprised by what happens. My back was blocked this morning, more so than ever. That is where I focused my "Huhs", and my "E's" were extra vibrational, (don't know how to really say it) My back is still open. I went back to bed for about an hour, and when I woke up, I found my knees no longer hurt. I can only imagine it is because of the energy I moved around my body with the meditation. I just never know what beautiful after effects will happen when I am opened.
